These options are based on using 1990 to present
Preffered Lincoln Town Car,Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis.

Add any custom components desired in the provided
space.

Stage 1

 -Donor vehicle and Kit purchased and
delivered

-Strip donor body from chassis

-Inspect chassis and chassis components

-Stretch chassis to proper wheelbase

-Resurface chassis to prevent corrosion

-Replace any components that excessively worn
or damaged

-Prepare fiberglass body to be mounted

-Properly align body on chassis for proper
fitment and panel gaps

-Fabricate roll cage (1 ½” round tubing) for
safety and body mount locations

-Reinforce Doors, Deck lid, Front tilt with
steel plates and steel tubing for hinge and          
latch mounting

-Hinge and Latch Doors, Deck lid, and Front
tilt using donor components

-Temporarily mount outer door skins and rear
deck lid skin

-Adjust body for perfect gaps on all panels                                  
-$5,000

Stage 2

-Complete any sheet metal modifications on
floor pan, fire wall, and trunk area

-Test fit the following components:

Headlights

Taillights

Windshield

Rear Glass

Rear quarter Glass

Door Glass

Gauges

Seats

Interior panels

Power window components

Power lock components

Modify wiring where needed

Stage 2 continued

-Fabricate Mounting Brackets for the following
components:

Dash

Headlight buckets

Taillight buckets

Interior panels

Trunk panels

Seat tracks

-Incorporate donor AC/Heat controls into dash

-Incorporate AC/Heat Vents and Defrost into
Dash

-Incorporate donor wiper motor to Mercury
cowl

-Complete necessary bodywork                          
Stage 1 plus $5,000 total-$10,000

Stage 3

-Install Desired Drive train if Donor is unusable

-Complete all wiring

-Install Correct style steering wheel

-Finish underside of Front Tilt

-Spray entire underbody with corrosion resistant
coating

-Spray body with “high build” polyester primer

-Using guide coat block sand entire vehicle

-Repair minor flaws in surface and spray entire
body with Urethane Primer

-Prepare body for paint

-Apply desired Paint to body for flawless
finish

-Final Install on the following components:

All glass

Weather stripping

Headlights

Taillights

Dash

Mirrors

Trim

Grille

Front Bumper

Rear Bumper

Wheels/Tires

Interior including carpet and headliner

Audio system

-Final Fit, Finish, and Detail

-Run exhaust with Chrome tips

All partial and complete builds are guaranteed
to be free from defects. I guarantee craftsmanship of build and used components.
Customer will be notified of any faulty or worn equipment we discover during
build on the donor. Any major repair to be made to donor vehicle will incur
additional cost.

Components used on build are new or remanufactured
to like new quality. Craftsmanship is guaranteed

 1 year as
long as no sign of intentional abuse is indicated. Customer must contact me
in writing if any components fail during this time. It’s up to builder to replace
or repair faulty component.
